Solar PV / Electrical Power (EPC – Construction & Commissioning) B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering; PV design/commissioning training preferred; valid engineering registration (e.g., Oman Society of Engineers) preferred 5–8 years in electrical construction, of which min. 3 years in solar PV projects (utility-scale or large rooftop); LV/MV networks, inverters, SLD review, testing & commissioning; GCC experience preferred Manage and supervise all site electrical activities for the PV plant (DC/AC side, earthing and lightning protection); review SLDs, cable schedules, layouts and method statements; lead pre-commissioning and commissioning tests; ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance; coordinate with client, consultant and utility. 450-500

CIVIL ENGINEER

Civil & Structural Works (Solar PV Infrastructure) B.Sc. in Civil Engineering; knowledge of steel/aluminum structures and concrete works 5–8 years in civil construction, incl. min. 2–3 years in solar PV or industrial projects; foundations, structural steel erection, setting-out/surveying; GCC experience preferred Supervise all civil and structural works (setting out, excavation, foundations, PV mounting/carport structures, cable trenches, reinstatement); verify execution against IFC drawings and specifications; manage concrete quality and structural checks; coordinate approvals and maintain quality records. 450-500

ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

Electrical Site Supervision (Solar PV Construction) Diploma/ITI in Electrical; valid trade certification; PV installation experience mandatory 8–10 years as electrician/foreman in construction, incl. min. 3 years in solar PV installations; able to read drawings and manage crews of 10–15 Lead and supervise electrician crews in daily installation activities (module wiring, DC/AC cabling, terminations, earthing, inverter connections); plan daily tasks and manpower distribution; enforce permits to work and toolbox talks; perform first-line quality checks and report progress.  300-400

CIVIL FOREMAN

Civil Site Supervision (Solar PV Construction) Diploma/ITI in Civil or equivalent site experience; ability to read civil/structural drawings 8–10 years in civil construction supervision, incl. foundations and structural steel erection; solar PV or industrial project background preferred Lead civil crews for excavation, blinding, foundation casting, structure erection, backfilling, grading and finishing works; control productivity, workmanship and material usage; coordinate surveys and setting-out; enforce HSE requirements; report daily progress. 300-400

ELECTRICIAN

Electrical Installation (Solar PV Plants) ITI/trade certificate in Electrical; PV installation training preferred 3–5 years as electrician in construction; solar PV experience strongly preferred; familiar with hand/power tools, crimping and termination works Install PV module wiring, DC/AC cables, cable trays and conduits, combiner boxes, inverters, distribution boards, earthing conductors and terminations as per drawings and foreman instructions; perform basic continuity, insulation and polarity checks; follow safe working procedures and use PPE at all times.  150-200

Mechanical Installation (PV Mounting Structures) ITI/trade certificate in Mechanical or Fitter trade; torque tools competency 3–5 years in structural/mechanical erection works; solar PV structure installation experience preferred Assemble and erect PV mounting structures (fixed-tilt, rooftop and carport types); install and clamp PV modules, carry out torque verification and marking; perform alignment and rectification works; support material shifting and pre-assembly at laydown areas. 150-200
