Job Description

ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

10–12 years of UAE exp in electrical works within MEP, district cooling, industrial, or commercial projects. • ADQCC approved Foreman certification is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and electrical design drawings. • Ability to read and interpret electrical layouts, schematics, and coordination drawings. • Experience in coordinating with MEP services and multidisciplinary teams. • Good leadership, communication, and manpower management skills. • Familiar with authority regulations, safety standards, and quality procedures. • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

ELECTRICAL DRAFTSMAN

BIM Certification and AutoCAD Certification are mandatory. • 6–8 years of UAE exp as an Electrical Draftsman in MEP or industrial projects. • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software. • Experience in preparation of electrical layouts, single line diagrams, and coordination drawings. • Familiarity with ADDC/authority standards and project documentation procedures. Ability to work under project deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
HSE OFFICER

NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred. • Minimum 2 yrs of HSE exp in district cooling plants, MEP, or infrastructure projects. • Knowledge of chilled water systems, HVAC equipment, pumps, cooling towers, and plant operations. • Familiarity with PTW systems, risk assessments, JSA, and emergency procedures. • Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills. • Ability to work independently and enforce site safety requirements.

I&C SUPERVISOR

Minimum 5–8 years of exp  in instrumentation and control systems. • Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, BMS, and industrial automation systems. • Ability to read technical drawings and instrumentation documents. • Good leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and procedures. • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

MECHANICAL FOREMAN

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 3-5 yrs of exp in mechanical works, preferably in MEP, district cooling, ETS, or construction projects. • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation procedures. • Ability to read mechanical drawings and project documents. • Good leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of safety procedures and site regulations. • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadline

MECHANICAL FOREMAN COOLING TOWER

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related trade. • Strong exp in district cooling plants, ETS, chilled water networks, or HVAC plant projects. • Knowledge of mechanical drawings, P&ID drawings, and isometric drawings. • Familiarity with piping installation standards and mechanical construction procedures. • Ability to manage site workforce and achieve project targets. • Good understanding of safety standards and permit-to-work systems. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. • Minimum 2–5 years of exp as a Document Controller in construction, MEP, or engineering projects. • Proficiency in MS Office and document control software. • Good knowledge of document management systems and filing procedures. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
