LASER CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR

Minimum 3 years of proven GCC experience in a similar field of expertise.• Any of these trade certifications (ITI / Machine Operation / CNC Programming etc

FABRICATOR (SST TIG & MIG WELDING)

Strong knowledge of TIG and MIG welding processes. Read and interpret fabrication and engineering drawings. Working with sheet metal and pipe fabrication. Welding techniques Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment (grinders, cutters, measuring tools, clamps, etc.).Ability to perform layout marking, cutting, bending, and fitting as per specifications. Familiarity with surface preparation techniques

POLISHER (STAINLESS STEEL FINISHING)

Exp in stainless steel (SST) polishing and surface finishing. Proficiency in using angle grinders (large and small) and other polishing tools. Ability to remove scratches, weld marks, and surface defects effectively. Good understanding of different finishing types (matte, satin, brushed, etc.).Experience working with stainless steel sheets and pipes. Knowledge of abrasives, polishing discs, and finishing materials selection and usage Ability to achieve uniform surface finish across components.

BUFFER (MIRROR FINISH SPECIALIST)

Strong hands-on exp in stainless steel (SST) buffing and mirror finishing. Proficiency in using angle grinders and buffing machines (large and small) In-depth knowledge of buffing compounds, polishing pastes, and chemical soaps used for mirror finishing. Ability to achieve high-quality, scratch-free mirror finish surfaces consistently. Exp working with stainless steel and copper sheets/pipes. Good understanding of multi-stage buffing processes (cutting, coloring, final finish).
