QC TESTER

Must have 3-4 years of experience in the same field Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions. Perform first article inspection (FAI) and in-process checks. Conduct final inspection and testing of finished goods before dispatch. Prepare final inspection and release reports Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals Cable one to one connection testing, solder checking  PCB connectivity testing, HV testing  Relay function knowledge Familiarity with measuring instruments Vernier, Micrometer, Multimeter, etc. Experience in electronics / PCB assembly / cable harness is an added advantage
ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

Must have 3-4 years of experience in the same field  knowledge of soldering, touch up  lug crimpping knowledge Cable coding and connection identification Assembly as per data sheet and drawing  Perform self-inspection during and after assembly Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and ESD guidelines Maintain proper handling of tools, jigs, fixtures, and machines Perform assembly of components/products as per work instructions, drawings, and SOPs. Carry out manual or semi-automatic assembly operations Ensure correct component placement and assembly sequence
