PROJECTS MANAGER – MECHANICAL
The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical construction and maintenance projects. This includes overseeing piping, structural steel, HVAC, and rotating equipment works while ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – MECHANICAL
The Construction Manager (Mechanical) is responsible for directing all mechanical construction activities on-site. The primary goal is to transform engineering drawings into physical structures (piping, equipment, steel) while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards, ensuring that the site team meets the daily and weekly production targets
SUPERINTENDENT –– MECHANICAL
The Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day field supervision of all mechanical construction activities. The primary focus is to ensure that work—such as piping fabrication, equipment installation, and structural assembly—is performed safely, meets quality standards, and follows the daily production schedule
MECHANICAL ESTIMATION ENGINEER
The Mechanical Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and comprehensive cost estimates for mechanical projects. This includes reviewing tender documents, performing material take-offs (MTO), and calculating labor and equipment costs for piping, structural steel, and static/rotating equipment.
TECHNICAL ENGINEER – MECHANICAL
The Mechanical Technical Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the construction team, ensuring that all mechanical works are executed according to approved engineering designs, client standards, and project specifications. This role focuses on submittals, material management, and solving technical issues on-site.
