Job Description

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Civil/Mech)

3–4 years in Civil & Electro mechanical construction, LSTK,medium & long-term projects  Experience in plant construction/expansion, civil & steel structures, buildings (PEB), and roads (KSA experience Preferred)  Strong communication with team and stakeholders  Ability to prepare commercial &technical bids, project Invoice/Bills, manpower & equipment planning, project schedules 6) Attending client meeting, explaining project status & Plan and claims.

Saudi Aramco / Sabic / EPC/middle east experience preferred
ACCOUNTS PERSONNEL   MBA Finance 5 – 8 Yrs exp in a construction company using latest software (Preferably Saudi/Middle east.)Knowledge in prepare Balance sheet & Accounts auditing. Receivable & Payable, Cash Flow
INSULATION  DIVISON SUPERVISOR

Diploma or Equivalent 4-6 years of experience as insulation division Supervisor

Knowledge in all types insulation & cladding materials.) knowledge in all kind of drawings related to Piping/Fittings, and types of Equipment ,
TIG & ARC WELDER (CS,SS,& INCONEL)

Strong experience in GTAW (FULL TIG) and SMAW (ARC) welding processes  Exp in small bore pipe welding (carbon steel to Inconel / stainless steel to Inconel) Knowledge of weld overlay, cladding, and buttering techniques Ability to weld in all positions (1G, 2G, 5G, 6G) Familiar with ARAMCO / ASME / AWS welding standards Ability to read and interpret WPS, PQR, and engineering drawings Experience working in oil & gas / refinery / petrochemical projects

ARAMCO-approved welder certification or prior ARAMCO project experience preferred
PIPE FABRICATOR   8–10 years as Pipe Fabricator (Saudi/GCC experience mandatory) Strong knowledge of piping & pipeline fabrication• Well-versed in flanges, valves (all classes), pipe materials & fittings  Expertise in joint preparation, fit-up & dimensional calculations) Able to read GA, P&ID & Isometric drawings
STRUCTURAL FABRICATOR 8–10 years as Structural Fabricator (Saudi/GCC experience mandatory) Strong knowledge of structural fabrication & erection

Familiar with steel structures, plates, beams, columns & profiles) Expertise in cutting, fit-up, joint preparation & dimensional accuracy  Able to read GA & structural fabrication drawings
INSULATOR/SHEET METAL FABRICATOR

4-6 years of ex as insulation division Supervisor3) Knowledge in all types insulation & cladding materials.4) knowledge in all kind of drawings related to Piping/Fittings, and types of Equipment
