HVAC SUPERVISOR

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Extensive knowledge in HVAC supervisor related discipline. Relevant experience in material, suppliers, local market and work priorities and emergencies. Relevant experience in similar position in FM.. required to qualify as company PTW certification and responsible as Work Permit Holder

HVAC FOREMAN

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering  Extensive knowledge in HVAC foreman related discipline.  Able to read and comprehend engineering drawings.  Relevant experience in similar position in FM.  Required to qualify as company work permit holder / authorization certificate and responsible as Work Permit holder

SENIOR HVAC TECHNICIAN

Diploma or ITI Extensive knowledge in HVAC systems installation and maintenance. Relevant experience in similar position in FM. Able to read and comprehend HVAC system engineering drawings. Understanding of HVAC codes, specs and best practice.

BMS TECHNICIAN

Extensive and thorough knowledge in IC system installation and maintenance. Relevant experience in similar position in FM. Ability to read and comprehend IC system engineering drawings. Understanding of IC codes, specs, and best practice

 HVAC CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Diploma in Electronics Engineering Extensive and thorough knowledge in IC system installation and maintenance. Relevant experience in similar position in FM. Ability to read and comprehend IC system engineering drawings. Understanding of IC codes, specs, and best practice
