IT ENGINEER -3 NOS

v  Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems.

v  Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

v  Executing routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and patches management

v  Assisting in IT asset management, including inventor.

v  Monitoring and promptly responding to IT infrastructure alerts and incidents.

v  Performing routine maintenance tasks such as system

v  Documenting all support activities comprehensively, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and configurations Executing tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency to ensure

v  Windows 7,8,10, xp installation and troubleshooting.

v  MS office 2010, 2016, 2022 version configuration.

v  Windows server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2022 managing and configuration.

v  Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, WDS.

v  Knowledge group policy’s to windows server

v  Firewall managing and configuration.

v  Wi-Fi router configuration .

v  Networking configuration and networking troubleshoot.

v  Storage server managing and troubleshooting.

v  VPN configuration and connection process.
