Job Description
SR ESTIMATION/PROPOSAL ENGINEER–05 NOS
v Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering
v Minimum 8 – 12 yrs experience
v The ideal candidate must have mixed experience in both proposal and estimation
v Must have experience in CANDY software
v Road infrastructure or heavy Earthworks/Mining experience
v Familiarity with Omani construction market, cost structures, and local suppliers/subcontractors
v Strong Knowledge of estimation software, pricing methodologies, and market rate analysis
v Proficiency in MS Excel, Auto CAD, and Primavera (for BOQ/time correlation)
v Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
v Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
