HR MANAGER-MALE/FEMALE

5–6 years of UAE HR experience We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and result-oriented HR Manager to join a mid-sized Electrical Contracting Company in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing the complete HR function, ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance, and implementing effective HR policies and practices. Manage the complete gamut of HR operations and personnel administration. Handle end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, on boarding, and off boarding. Maintain HR documentation, employee files, attendance, leave records, and personnel records. Timely renewals of Visa, Vehicles insurance, Trade License etc. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and all relevant HR regulations. Manage day-to-day HR operations and support workforce planning and management. Develop, implement, and monitor KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).Oversee employee performance management, performance appraisals, and evaluation systems. Manage GPSSA registration, contributions, and compliance for eligible UAE National employees. Handle Emirati Pension matters and ensure timely coordination with relevant authorities. Support employee engagement, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.

Preferred Candidates holding a cancelled visa or sponsored visa will be given preference. Candidates currently employed and looking for a career change are also welcome to apply. Candidates with strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and labour regulations are preferred.
