Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Work Duration: 6 Months
Language Requirement: Arabic Speaker (MUST), English (mandatory).

Budget: Open (depends on the profile).

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to enhance and optimize Oracle HCM modules, support end-user adoption, and collaborate with business users to translate requirements into system improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM with a proven track record of delivering enhancements for HR process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and enhance existing Oracle HCM Cloud / EBS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, etc.).
Design, configure, and implement system enhancements to improve HR operations.
Develop and test system modifications, reports, and integrations as per business needs.
Ensure best practices and compliance with Oracle HCM standards and HR policies.
Participate in pre-sales activities and technical proposal writing.
Design and develop customizations using Visual Builder, ADF, and Process Builder in OIC for Oracle ERP Cloud.
Develop OAF extensions as per business requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Strong experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules such as:Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce & Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Payroll (mandatory).
Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Applications.
Strong expertise in data loading/migration (HDL, Payroll Batch Loader, Extracts, Web Services, Spreadsheet Loaders).
Understanding of Fusion quarterly update processes, best practices for feature adoption, testing, and change management.
Strong knowledge of roles and security management in Oracle HCM.
Excellent analytical and debugging skills in Fusion Cloud environments.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and the ability to create reports in OTBI using SQL queries.
