Snr. Mechanic -Offshore Cranes

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is essential.Additional certifications or formal training in crane maintenance and lifting equipment operations..

EXPERIENCE: Crane Maintenance Experience (5+ years): Extensive experience in offshore crane maintenance, including preventative and corrective maintenance, and managing large maintenance teams. Proven experience in overhauling cranes, lifeboat davits, winches, and other lifting equipment in offshore environments. Leadership Experience (3-5 years): Experience leading and managing maintenance teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring that maintenance activities meet operational and safety standards. Proven ability to train and evaluate team members, focusing on skill development and compliance with safety standards. Offshore Experience (5+ years): Hands-on experience working in offshore environments with a solid understanding of the challenges and safety requirements in such settings.
