DESIGNATION: – HSE Advisor

JOB SUMMARY/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the HSE in Electrical Projects mainly in 33KV/132KV Sub-Station/Grid station activities and Overhead line construction activities.

With familiar with all Electrical Hazards and controls.

Establishment, Implement and Maintenance of a HSE Management System for Mechanical projects in accordance with RAY/Client HSE requirements, ISO14001 and ISO45001.

Implementation and compliance of RAY IMS procedure in project.

To Make record of all HSE statistics of project and maintain tracking.

Supporting to all site personnel for problem related to HSE implementation.

To prepare HSE plan &HEMP (Risk Assessments) for projects.

Prepare weekly / Monthly site visit / Inspection schedule and monitor HSE compliance at site and review performance on new HSE activities.

Preparing and submitting Weekly and Monthly HSE performance measurement reports to HSE Manager & Client.

Maintain records of HSE meetings and ensure that routine HSE meetings takes place.

Maintain Audit log, NCR Log, Action Tracking Register, Default Log, Training record and incident log etc.Maintain all the supporting documents of close-out always.

To create HSE Alert, HSE bulletin and conduct awareness session for the same.

Frequent site visit for auditing, inspection, training & advising.

To conduct Accident/ Incident investigation / Near Miss/ First Aid case as well as Follow up reports.

Maintain copies of all incident reports and provide a monthly report and all required documents to HSE Manager.

Actively involved in documentation, implementation & audits of corrective actions.

To maintain the records of sub-contractor and conduct frequent audits to ensure compliance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelors in science or Bachelor in Engineering or B Tech

NEBOSH IGC , IOSH Managing Safely , ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor  ,ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditors -Electrical Safety Rules , HSE Leadership  , Incident Investigation , First Aid CPR AED

Fire Warden, DCRP HSE Induction

Must have 3-5 Years Experience in Electrical projects, Sub / Grid station, OHL preferably in Gulf.

Approval with NAMA NEDC is preferred and added advantage.

Good in MS Office. Should know MS Word, MS Excel and PPT professionally.

Driving license mandatory

SALARY- 550-620 OMR
