Job Description
MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN
Diploma or ITI Certificate (AC/ HVAC or Mechanical)
Minimum: 5+ years of hands-on experience in FM Industry
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems, including split units, cassette units, DX systems, and package units.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC performance such as compressor faults, refrigerant leaks, airflow restrictions, and thermostat malfunctions.
• Carry out activities like coil and filter cleaning, refrigerant charging, belt adjustments, and lubrication to ensure optimal system performance.
• Respond to breakdowns and work requests related to electrical and mechanical systems such as lighting circuits, DBs, switches, sockets, and minor plumbing problems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in MCBs, loose wiring, faulty connections, and replace lamps, switches, and other electrical components as needed.
• Support basic plumbing tasks including minor leak repairs, clearing blockages, and replacing taps, valves, or flexible hoses..
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with HSE guidelines and company standards.
