Job Description

CHILLER TECHNICIAN

Diploma or ITI Certificate  (AC/ HVAC or Mechanical)

Minimum: 5 -7 years  of hands-on experience in FM Industry

Experience with water Cooled Chiller (preferably Daikin,Trane, Carrier, York).

•  Understanding of chilled water system, pump operation, and AHU/FCU connections.

•  Ability to perform periodic preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown repair.

•  Good command over chiller control panels and BMS integration.

HVAC TECHNICIAN

Diploma or ITI Certificate  (AC/ HVAC or Mechanical)

Minimum: 5+ years  of hands-on experience in FM Industry

• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems: AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VAVs.

• Hands-on experience with District Cooling Plants (DCP) including chilled water loops (Circuit), pumps, and valves.

• Diagnosing refrigerant system issues and performing leak testing.

• Cleaning, filter changes, belt tensioning, and lubrication of HVAC components.

• Work with BMS to monitor cooling performance and respond to alarms.

SR HVAC TECHNICIAN

Diploma or ITI Certificate  (AC/ HVAC or Mechanical)

Minimum: 5+ years  of hands-on experience in FM Industry

Experience with air-cooled Chiller (preferably Trane, Carrier, York).

Understanding of chilled water system, pump operation, and AHU/FCU connections.

Ability to perform periodic preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown repair.

Good command over chiller control panels and BMS integration.
