Job Description

MECHNANICL TECHNICIAN

Diploma or ITI Certificate (Mechanical)

Minimum: 3-5 years  of hands-on experience in FM Industry

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of pumps (centrifugal, submersible, booster or Circulation pumps).

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues such as shaft misalignment, bearing failures, seal leaks, vibration, and noise.

• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble pumps and related components (impellers, seals, couplings).

• Conduct pump performance tests and efficiency checks.

• Monitor pump operation parameters and report abnormalities.

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and alignment of new pump system.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all tasks

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

ITI/ Diploma & Vocational Certificate

Expertise Troubleshooting in all kind if  Kitchen Equipment.

• Hands-on experience in maintaining commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, burners, grills, deep fryers).

• Knowledge of gas line safety, thermostats, and control modules.

• Capable of identifying faults and performing quick repairs.

• Electrical and plumbing knowledge related to kitchen systems preferred

Minimum: 5 years  of hands-on experience in FM Industry
