✅ Qatar Driving License for Crane
✅ Competent in operating Caterpillar Side Boom
✅ Experience operating 40–90 Ton Side Boom Pipe Layers
✅ Minimum 5 years field experience operating Side Boom Pipe Layer Equipment
✅ Minimum 2 years GCC experience
✅ Experience certificate / previous third-party certificate required
