Group Technology Manager – IT & Planning Head Leading IT infrastructure, operations, and automation for Muhaj Baghdad Steel & Asalco Aluminium plants, ensuring seamless technology integration and high-performance IT systems.

I led a team of 4+ IT infrastructure professionals, managing networking, server administration, and end-user support.

I worked as a System Engineer at JSPL Gurgaon Office, where I managed all end-user technical support activities. My responsibilities included handling IT inventory, overseeing the entire user lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities, and providing dedicated support to VVIPs (Top Management). I also managed telepresence (TP) and video conferencing (VC) setups for global management meetings, along with overseeing network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN, switches, firewall, ISP), antivirus solutions, and other IT operations.

I joined Tech Mahindra as a Desktop Support Engineer and worked from June 2017 to March 2019, based at a primary location while providing technical support across four different locations. During this period, I supported multiple projects, successfully facilitated the launch of three new buildings, and provided IT support for six to seven new projects, ensuring seamless operations and infrastructure readiness.
