SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER Responsibilities:  Planning, managing and controlling all factory functional departments to ensure that production output and quality targets are achieved to the set requirements by the management.  Ensuring all production within the factory is achieving the output targets in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs, and in accordance with health, safety and environment standards  Preparing weekly production reports on achieved/ look-ahead basis, which is to be coordinated with the project management team.  Controlling all the departments/ production lines in the factory to ensure strict compliance to establish procedures on quality control  Overseeing the operation, programming and maintenance of imported machinery.  Maintaining logbooks and upkeep of machines and developing/training operators for each specific machine  Communication with the project team and senior management ,  Gather feedback from operational staff & resolve team conflicts and concerns.  CADCAM Programming - 3 axis , 4 axis , 5 Axis Machine ( OMAG , CMS - Italy Machine ) and All kind of China machines.  Water jet Programming - 3 Axis , 5 Axis Machine ( FLOW , CMS -Taiwan- Italy Machine )

Planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.  Supervises and supports team programmers to control development processes,  Assume responsibility for manufacturing and shipping processes in the plant.  Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labeling and record keeping.  Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management, and executives.  Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.  Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  CADCAM Programming - 3 axis , 4 axis , 5 Axis Machine ( OMAG , CMS - Italy Machine ) and All kind of China machines.  Water jet Programming - 3 Axis , 5 Axis Machine ( FLOW , CMS -Taiwan , Italy Machine )
