Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Consultant to enhance and optimize the existing Oracle Financial Modules and support end-user adoption. The consultant will collaborate closely with business users to understand their requirements, propose solutions, and ensure seamless integration of new functionalities into the system.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and recommend enhancements to Oracle Financial modules.
Design and implement system modifications to improve efficiency and functionality.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop custom reports, workflows, and extensions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT teams.
Ensure smooth adoption of new functionalities through training and support.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 10+ years in implementing Oracle Financial solutions.
Expertise in Fusion Financials modules: GL, AR, Payables, CM, FA, Expenses, Lease Management, Revenue Management.
Mandatory Experience in: Fusion Project Management, Costing, and Billing.
Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS services, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, data loaders, extracts, fast formulas, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization’s, Sandboxes, page composer.
Security roles and permissions within Oracle Financials.
Understanding of Fusion quarterly updates and best practices for feature adoption, testing, and change management.
Ability to: Design and develop end-to-end financial solutions.
Ensure compliance with Oracle implementation best practices.
Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-production support.
